It’s been a long time since I wrote anything for To China and Beyond — I slipped off my blogging schedule in late October and never managed to get back on, partially a result of my packed travel schedule. Over the past month, I’ve been to Lushan in Jiangxi Province, Zhangjiajie National Park in Hunan, Singapore and Melaka/Malacca, where I am now. But the blog’s not dead. Look for a slideshow on Friday and more posts next week.
Today, my path is crossing with that of Hu Jintao, who is on his way to Singapore for the APEC summit. It would be cool, except that his visit is the reason museums are closed and I’m cloistered in my hostel using the Internet. Fun!
